APRIL Service Description *Please note that: You are buying a whole package included: Before you go We pick up at your hotel We arrange storage of your luggage We arrange transfer with a snowmobile t/r (25 km each way) Accomodation in a doubleroom or tribleroom Dining with greenlandic specialities Lunch, dinner, late coffee and breakfast The rooms are suitable for both couples or small groups The room has a doublebed and a singlebed Each room has capacity for 2-3 persons. *Please also note that Excursions direct from the lodge requires one night at Ilulissat Icefiord lodge and you need to add excursions separat For the tour: You need to bring your winter outerwear Check-in from 9:00 AM Check-out till 10:00 AM Cancellation conditions Up until 50 days prior to check-in 30% of purchase price will be charged. Up until 30 days prior to check-in 60% of purchase price will be charged. Up until 1 day prior to check-in 90% of purchase price will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy The guest can cancel a stay without fee up to 100 days before the date of departure If the guest cancel 100 to 50 days before the date of departure the guest will be charged 30 % of the price If the guest cancel 50 to 30 days before the date of departure the guest will be charged 60 % of the price If the guest cancel 30 to 1 days before the date of departure the guest will be charged 90 % of the price If the guest cancel on the date of departure or later the guest will be charged 100 % of the price
